How do I track my package?

You will receive an email receipt with a tracking number from USPS when your order ships. You can also sign into your account on our website to USPS to check the status of your tracking.


Can I change my order after it is placed?

After your order is placed, there is a small window between when we receive it and it is printed. If your order is not at the printing stage yet, then you can edit or cancel your order in your account.

How long will it take my order to be shipped out.

Most orders are fulfilled by the vendor which can take 3-8 days to ship out of their warehouse.

How to wash a DTG Printed shirt or hoodie?

Turn your T–shirt or Hoodie inside out.

Fill your washing machine with cold water.

Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach.

Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.

Air Dry your t–shirt(hoodie) or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer.




What is your return policy?

We accept returns for 14 days after your purchase.

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?

Send us an email at support@shirtmatchkicks.com with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within proper timeline.


What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
