Return Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

ShirtMatchKicks.com accepts returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered.


How to Return an Item

Step 1:
Email us at support@shirtmatchkicks.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

Step 2:
You will receive a return form and a return shipping address (including a return code) via email.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The clothing tag, barcode, and ziplock bag must be intact.

  • You must include a photo of the product showing it is in brand-new condition, properly folded, and with all original labels/tags visible.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product was used or not returned in original condition.

  • The return request is made after 14 days.

  • You changed your mind about your purchase.

  • None of the return conditions are met, even if the item is mailed back to us.


Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

Your item must fall into one of the following categories:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item received (e.g., wrong color, size, or print)

  • Significant visible flaw in printing or design


Exchanges (U.S. Only)

We accept exchanges for size only of the original item purchased. If you wish to receive a different product or style, please place a new order.

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you've received confirmation from us that your refund was approved:

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If it's still not visible after that time, contact your bank or credit card provider.


Missing Items

Step 1: Check the packaging
Please inspect all packaging thoroughly. Some items may be hidden within packing materials or shipped in separate packages.

Step 2: Contact us
If something is missing, email us at support@shirtmatchkicks.com with:

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

  • A description of what’s missing

  • Your order number

We’ll investigate and follow up with next steps.
Important: Missing item claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for misplaced or stolen packages.
If your tracking number shows as successfully delivered to the address you provided at checkout, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping the order.
