Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 days and then shipped out.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or lost packages. ShirtMatchKicks.com will not be held responsible or accountable if your package is lost or stolen. You will need to contact the Courier Service Company and figure out where your package is.

*Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen mail that has been marked as delivered. It is important to ensure that you have provided the correct address, including any apartment or building numbers. In the event that your package is marked as delivered but has been lost or stolen, please report it to your local post office so that they can attempt to locate it. If you live in an apartment or condo, please also check with your front desk or mailbox to see if the package was left there. If you are unable to locate the package, please contact your credit card company or PayPal to initiate a chargeback. Please note that due to an increase in false consumer claims, we now work directly with them to resolve such issues.*
